WEEKS 1-3

The Signal
Establishing conditions for clear communication

Before we change what you eat, we change when and how your body receives fuel — so the signal it sends back is reliable rather than reactive. We address the morning anchor and the protein foundation that keeps you stable

across the afternoon.

Week 3 is a consolidation week. No new content — just space for the last two inputs to settle before Phase 2 begins.

WEEKS 4-6

The Structure
Changing how nutrients land

We build the framework around your existing meals that changes how glucose and nutrients arrive. Sequence. Spacing. Composition. Not by removing foods, but by understanding the conversation your body is having with

each one.

Week 6 is a consolidation week. The biology needs time to integrate before the final phase.

WEEKS 7-9

The Pattern
What your nervous system is contributing

Stress alone can spike blood sugar on a zero-carb day. In the final phase, we introduce the two most underused

tools in metabolic health — and ensure the foundation holds under the pressures of real life.

Week 9 is the closing week. A moment to land what you've built and look at what comes next.

I'm Louise. I work with people who are tired of fighting their own bodies — not the kind of tired that a good night's sleep fixes, but the kind that has been accumulating quietly for years while life continued at full speed.

My approach is based on systems thinking. We look for the pattern underneath the symptom — not to diagnose, but to understand. The body is always communicating. Most programs never teach you how to listen.

The Grounded Health Pathways is the program I wish had existed when I was struggling with my health. It is built on the same biological hierarchy that functional medicine uses, translated into something that fits inside real life without requiring it to stop.

You do not need to have tried everything else first. You need a framework that works with your biology — not against it.

Do I need to have done the 3-Day Challenge first?

YES. The Energy Architecture works as an entry point. Foundational concepts are introduced progressively, so nothing is assumed. If you did complete the challenge, the six-week program picks up exactly where Day 3 left off.

How much time does each module take per week?

Each module takes 30 to 45 minutes per week, including video, PDF, and action steps. The action step is a small change that fits your existing workflow: no meal prep, no tracking, no requirement to restructure your day. Consolidation weeks — The Pause and The Landing — require no new time commitment. They are intentional rest weeks built into the programme.

What if I fall behind?

The modules drip weekly, but you move at your own pace. Lifetime access means there is no deadline pressure. The program is designed to fit inside a real life, not require it to pause.

Can I switch from Self-Guided to Supported mid-program?

Yes — at any point. The 3-session add-on is available for $300 CAD, which brings your total to the Supported Path price. Simply contact Louise directly, and she will arrange the upgrade and schedule your first session at a time that fits where you are in the program.

How does the Supported Path work in practice?

You move through the same six modules as the self-guided path. Three 60-minute 1:1 virtual sessions with Louise are timed across the nine weeks at key transition points — after Phase 1, after Phase 2, and at the programme close. In those sessions, the framework is applied specifically to your pattern, history and data. Secure chat support between sessions means you are never waiting a week to ask a question.

Is this suitable if I have a diagnosed health condition?

This program is educational and supportive — it does not diagnose, treat or replace medical care. If you are managing a health condition or working with a healthcare provider, please continue to do so. If you are taking medication, the Supported Path includes review of any supplement recommendations in the context of your current protocol. Supported Path is particularly well-suited for complex or layered histories, as the 1:1 sessions allow the framework to be applied with your full context in mind.

What payment methods are accepted, and can I join from outside Canada?

The programme is open to participants anywhere in the world. All 1:1 sessions are conducted virtually, and session times are scheduled in Eastern Time — when we arrange your sessions, we'll find a time that works across your time zone.

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars. If you are joining from the UK or elsewhere, your bank or payment provider will convert automatically at the current exchange rate. Payment is processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.

What happens after the nine weeks?

Your portal access and all materials remain permanently available. Participants who complete Level 1 also have the option to continue into Level 2: Gut Restoration, which builds on the metabolic foundation established here. That decision is entirely yours — there is no pressure to continue.
